Nearly a Full
House for SD46! The MNGOP State
Convention 2009 took place on October
3rd at the River Center in St. Paul.
Party business included Governor Straw
poll, won by Marty Seifert. SD46 had
nearly a full house, with 15 of 16
seated! Great job guys! We’re on our way
to something big for Republicans in
SD46!

Annual SD46 Republican BPOU Convention Held on Snowy Night
BROOKLYN PARK, March 10, 2009 - The SD46 Republicans gathered for their annual BPOU Convention on a stormy Tuesday evening. 31 delegates plus several guests braved the weather and made their voices heard by voting for the new BPOU leadership for the 2009-2011 term.
Guest speakers also came from far and wide including Gene Lotts, Tim Olson, Margret Cavanaugh, Jerry Paar, Angie Ernhardt, Tony Sutton, Michael Brodkorp, Tony Snow, Norann Dillon, and Harold Schudlick.
The body passed a motion to recognize the efforts of Gene Lotts and Tim Olson for their hard work as MN House candidates in 2008. The body also passed a motion to recognize the efforts of the 2007-2009 Executive Committee members.
The new Executive Committee for 2009-2011 is as follows: Cory Jenson (Incumbent) - CoChair, Ryan Sibinski - CoChair, Heidi Huckleberry - Vice Chair, Dick Taylor - Vice Chair, Dave Swan - Vice Chair, Tom Kufalk - Treasury, and Matt Rose - Secretary.
